We are proud to announce that we have completed the last 4 homes at Habitat Greens!  Thank you to all who helped!

As of right now, we do not currently have many volunteer opportunities.  We do need help in the ReStore all the time, so let us know if this sounds like something you'd be interested in.

We hope to start construction again in April - depending on the weather!  Keep an eye on our website or call: 343-7423 for an update.

Kids want to help?

You must be 18 to work on the build site.  If you are 16 or 17, you can work on site but not use power tools - just make sure to have your parent or guardian sign the waiver.  If you are under 16, you can't be on the build site when there are power tools present.  We try to schedule some Youth Build days each build season to accommodate our young friends who wish to lend a hand!  Usually this is when we are landscaping, painting, cleaning, etc.  Check out our schedule or call our office for more information.

Minor Volunteer Policy

Below are some of the opportunities to get involved.  

• Construction - We have started construction on four new homes at 16th Street and we will need volunteers to help there. 

• ReStore - The store is constantly busy, which means our guys rarely have time to sit down!  Volunteers who can get involved with some of the essential functions of the ReStore are needed.  If you have an extra 3 hours a week or twice a month and would like to get involved with this exciting aspect of the organization, please let us know!  We are looking for Warehouse Assistants to receive donations and maintain inventory.

• Campus Chapter - Students interested in getting involved with Habitat should consider revitalizing the Campus Chapter at CSUC.  There is a lot involved and we are eager to help with resources and support.  For more information: check out their website!

• Committees -  Fundraising, Church Relations, Family Selection, Family Support, Finance & Budget, Grant Writing, and Operations.  Click here for more info
