Your journey toward affordable homeownership starts here! Habitat for Humanity of Butte County is accepting applications for two one-bedroom homes in Paradise. Review the checklist below to ensure you have everything needed, then download the application packet to get started.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: DECEMBER 17, 2026
The following items are REQUIRED at the time of application submission. If you fail to turn them in, your application will be considered incomplete.
- Completed & Signed Habitat for Humanity of Butte County Application (Click Below to Download)
- Signed Equal Credit Opportunity Act Notice (Included)
- Signed E-Sign Act Disclosure and Agreement (Included)
- Letter explaining your current housing situation and why you are applying for a Habitat home (handwritten ok)
- Copy of Photo ID (of each adult in the home)
- Copy of Social Security Card (of each adult in the home)
- Income Documentation (see details in application)
