Please fill out an application, a checklist, and gather all of your supporting documentation. All 2a items (privacy, disclosure, and appraisal statement) must be included.
There is a $25 application fee per applicant due when the application is turned in.
Applicants will be reviewed by the 2023 income guidelines. Please read the packet carefully. Call or email Shyla with any questions at 530-924-0256 or shylab@buttehabitat.org. Please have all your items printed and cash on hand when submitting your application. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
We expect that the application you turn in is complete. A complete application is all documents from the checklist. If you have any trouble printing, signing, scanning, or finding documents please refer to the “Loan Document Resources” below or call to discuss your questions before you turn in your application.
